Scheduling Consultants Temporary health care staffing requires the unique expertise, people and organizational skills of professional Scheduling Consultants. Our Scheduling Consultants work with physicians and allied health care professionals to help fill wide ranging temporary staffing assignments. The position calls for superb interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with high level health executives, physicians and other health professionals.

Research Consultants Research Consultants serve on the "front lines" of the staffing continuum, speaking to and identifying appropriate physician and allied health professional candidates. Researchers also work closely with Recruiting Consultants to ensure the largest number of qualified candidates possible.

*Logistics Coordinator Logistics Coordinators coordinate all details of a provider's temporary work assignment, from inception to conclusion. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, coordinating travel and lodging for providers, processing work records and handling client and provider requests. The position calls for detail oriented professionals with a sense of urgency and organization capable of doing various tasks at once. Superb customer service skills are a must!
*Licensing Coordinators Licensing Coordinators are responsible for assisting physicians and allied health care professionals to obtain licenses required for assignments. Responsibilities include researching provider license eligibility in specific states, completing and tracking all necessary paperwork, and maintaining a professional rapport with all parties involved in the credentialing process. Key attributes include an ability to prioritize and to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Accounting The MHA Group supports a large Accounting Department team of over 25 Accounting Professionals. Current positions include:
*Senior Staff Accountant The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for the full-cycle financial statement preparation. Other responsibilities include: preparing monthly journal entries, various account & bank reconciliations, calculating commissions for production personnel and maintaining general ledger. Experience with fixed assets, accruals and pre-paids are a plus!
*Staff Accountant This position involves processing full-cycle accounts payable. Coding, verifying and entering in accounts payable and accounts receivable data into the ledgers and reviewing work records. The Staff Accountant is also responsible for handling expense reports for our internal personnel.
